Mold Fabrication
TME incorporates “High Speed” CNC and EDM machinery to insure speedy delivery dates. In some projects we build aluminum prototype tooling to work out problems prior to multi-cavity molds built.
In other cases, we build aluminum mold bases with heat treated components to decrease cycle time thru heat transfer. In any case, customer satisfaction is our goal.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”431″ img_size=”” alignment=”right” style=”vc_box_rounded” el_class=”img-btm-space” css=”.vc_custom_1497560688004{margin-top: 20px !important;}”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
